Nothing like going on a 4 mile run after a hard days work! I’ve found that when you don’t feel like doing it, push even harder! Building these healthy habits in my life that are not only allowing me to live life in a better state of mind but also in a balanced & present one. There is absolutely nothing wrong with self love, it’s the first step into figuring out how to love someone else . To my friends & family who have reached out & supported me through this difficult & life changing time, I want to thank each & every one of you! The love & encouragement has been a huge blessing to me! I am adapting to a much more healthier environment & building up a healthy support system in the process. God bless you all

I lost my precious boy a couple of weeks ago…it’s been hard to post anything because it’s such a big loss. I know he’s in a better place & not suffering. He was my best friend, he made me feel a whole lot better when I was having a bad day. Just an angel sent from Heaven. 12 years of cuddles, snorts, unconditional love. Thank you for the memories my sweet boy, I know we will meet again. I miss you so much. Fly freely sweet boy, I’ll see you on the other side 🙏🏽 🕊 🐾
