💡A little update: It seems counterintuitive but every year we take on LESS weddings and sessions per month.

Why? 🤔 We do this so we can dedicate sufficient time to each couple and deliver quality photos and videos we’re absolutely proud of! This means spending time on retouching, editing and cleaning up video and audio. And finally, putting the galleries together! 🥳

We’re *almost* fully booked for this upcoming Spring and Summer, plus have opened our books for 2022! So if you’re digging our work, we encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later. 🙏🏼✨

But in all seriousness, today we had the honor of photographing Bailey and Jake. They got married 2 years ago, but didn’t have a big traditional wedding so they never had professional photos taken. When they reached out to Blanca for photos, we both knew these photos would be incredibly special. ✨

We cannot wait to edit the rest and share some more. 🙌🏼

This morning we talked about the benefits of engagement sessions (see last post 👀), now let’s talk about what to wear during your session! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😊️ First and foremost, you should wear something you’re comfortable in. Anything too tight or that pokes and probes will make you feel physical uncomfortable and therefore uncomfortable in front of the camera. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤩 Pick something that makes you feel and look your best! Make it an occasion and dress up a little! Style your hair how it makes you feel your prettiest/most handsome. All the things to boost that confidence! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤪 Don’t go crazy on logos or patterns. Busy graphics and patterns take away from you and distract the eye. We recommended earthy, solid colors. Be careful with too much black, unless you’re going for spooky vibes. 🌚⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bonus: Make sure you steam or iron your clothes beforehand. We can edit a lot of wrinkles out, but we can’t get em all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
