Posing doesn’t have to feel stiff or fake. These are the same 5 posing secrets I teach my clients to look like they woke up with a new super power.

1. Always shift your weight – put your weight on the back foot to give you that S curve the add a little sass ✨ in one hip, let the other leg chill . Instant shape, instant confidence.

2. Hands ALWAYS have a job…. hair flip, waistband grab, thigh touch… just don’t let them hang there like “I don’t know what I’m doing.”

3. Find your angles—twist your torso, curve your body, and watch your shape come alive.

4. Chin forward & down – yes, it feels weird, but it’s model magic.

5. Breathe baby breathe & soften – because no one wants “I’m holding my breath” face. Relax that jaw, take a beat, let it feel good.

Traveling has ALWAYS taught me that life feels most magical when I follow the quiet pull of my intuition… Whether it’s choosing a street I’ve never walked, striking up a conversation with a a random stranger, or deciding to chase the sunrise with my camera.
