When I was younger I was often told “just work harder” or “just make 10 more sales calls per day” or “just work one more hour each day”. This linear 3D way of thinking creates a lot of issues in ones life, especially if certain needs of yours are not met. What you must realize is that working a few more hours, or making a few more sales calls, actually won’t get you the results you say you desire. What’s needed is to take a step back and a deep breath, potentially even taking a break from your work and instead solely focus on elevating your frequency & raising your vibration, and then working for a higher level of consciousness. This is the only way to create true transformations in your life

Sometimes we aren’t always going to like doing things for our work or even our passions. Even if you are absolutely in love with your job or your passion, there will come many times when you are not feeling inspired to do it, and yet it’s when we face that resistance and do it anyway that we create more discipline in ones life and also create the feeling of accomplishment

Discipline is great, feeling empowered is great, but if you don’t feel accomplished after you’re done, it‘a no where near as fulfilling. And what I’ve discovered is: that feeling of accomplishment comes as a result of doing things I don’t like doing much more than the things I do like doing

Discipline, feeling empowered and feeling accomplished are the keys to any and every success in your life. Protect them and honor your boundaries around them and others as well and you will go further than you can possibly imagine in this life. Let them slip, and most everything falls into disarray

The person who wants everyone to like them goes around trying to make everyone their friend. This person want to prove to others their sense of self worth by having people like them, so they spend all their effort making friends AND doing everything they can to avoid making enemies. This person doesn’t think very highly of themselves as if they did, they would be willing to put down boundaries, state needs, and express themselves fully regardless of how that may negatively impact the other person. But this kind of person isn’t willing to honor those boundaries and needs and express themselves as it would likely risk certain friendships, so they go about their days in total self abandonment ignoring their own needs just to please others so that the others will like them

The person who is trying to get everyone to like them is the person who is completely unwilling to do or say anything to cause someone to dislike them. The thought of someone disliking them pains them to their core and so they go around doing everything they can to have everyone not dislike them...not become an enemy to them. But the person who is avoiding creating an enemy in others inherently creates the worst kind of enemy, being an enemy to yourself

Becoming a man has been a seriously wild adventure. It still amazes me that most men were never taught how to be a man. We’ve just had to figure it all out ourselves. And given the amount of collective anger towards men experienced over the last few years, it’s produced a bunch of grown up boys who are more lost than any previous generation. There’s nothing worse than witnessing a man who’s lost. But at the same time, that’s the prerequisite step to being found

We like to think it’s us that’s getting ready for big experiences in our lives. But have you once considered that it’s the experience that’s getting ready for you? Once we decide we are ready for something, at that very moment that thing also becomes ready for you. It’s a synchronistic relationship we have with experiences in our lives where we can decide we want something & vibrationally bring it forth in our lives

This universe truly is a magical place when you start to realize that magic truly exists. What I love about this is that scientists & quantum physicists are proving all of these things nowadays, so they aren’t just nice beliefs systems, they aren’t just fairy dust. It’s real. Your manifestation powers are real. When you vibrationally along with with an experience, when you call an experience forth within your being, you are vibrationally attracting it to yourself & you amplify the chances of it manifesting in the quantum as a result of shifting your inner reality. Our outer reality shifts only when our inner reality shifts

On Friday and I spent one of the best days we’ve ever had together laughing & wrestling, allowing our inner children to play & have fun. We had one of the biggest expansions in our connection together with hearts wide open & love flowing easily. Then on Saturday something came up which created one of the biggest contractions we’ve experienced in a while, and it took all day to come back to a state of resolution while our hearts remained hurt & closed
•
Whenever there is an expansion, there is a contraction. Often times The Universe, God, Great Spirit, our higher selves will all test us when we expand as if to ask us “Are you sure you want to expand onto a new level and into a new paradigm?”
•
Our lower selves will test us when we expand as if to state “it’s going to be scary, it might not work out, it’s not going to be easy!” And thus energies come forth to try to sabotage the goodness
•
Anytime we embark on a new journey, anytime we are doing something new, we are going to face resistance. The greater resistance you face in an area, the greater the opportunity for transformation. Stop allowing your lower self to guide your way. Stop allowing the dark forces to dictate your life. You are always one step away from going to your next level, you just have to stick with it despite the resistance you experience or the obstacles that may appear when creating a new way for yourself

Diamonds are created under pressure. And any time we are going to our next level, we will be face with resistance. It is only through the perseverance of this resistance that we attain true transformation, happiness & lasting fulfillment & joy in our lives
