What a pleasure taking care of at the TAAF summit 🫶🏻

Folks, this is something I developed on my own called POGA (posing yoga) through years of tinkering away at how to help my clients feel comfortable. And ultimately helping my toughest client: myself

There had to be more than memorizing prompts and relying on Pinterest boards. Copying poses does nothing when you’re disconnected from your body. The industry doesn’t teach this. The photography industry is still very traditional in how they teach posing. If ur a man, pose like this. If ur a woman, pose like that. And social media? All the trends only get u further away from reality and your identity.

Truly the best thing you can do is learn to regulate your system. Feel ur toes. Notice where ur standing. FEEL the fabric or movement instead of just robotically getting into a pose
