Jack was pricing LPs. He had an Eagles LP playing. Several bangers passed, and a mournful ballad sung by Glenn Frey came up.

I said brightly “...hey, you know they sang that at Sea World!”

Jack looks up. “Yeah...?”

I sprung the trap.

“...everybody knows you’re the New Squid In Town...”

Pause.

Jack doesn’t look up, but points with his left arm.

“There’s the door. Find it”

My Temu pacemaker barely withstood the body blow.

“The Defenestration of Prog, 1976”, as re-enacted at a recent Renaissance Fair.

John Lydon [back to viewer] directs the sudden defenestration of King Crimson, while original-synth Keith Emerson recoils in horror. Scribes from Rolling Stone and NME were on hand to witness this event.

Defying orders which forbade them to assemble, the radical faction “Sexuální Pistole” confronted the reigning regents in Hardröckinya Castle on 23 May 1976 and pushed them out a window. The musicians reportedly survived by landing on rubbish in the moat.
