“35 years ago, a life began. Today, that life is proof that strength comes in many forms.”

Today is my 35th birthday.

And while birthdays are often measured by candles, gifts, and celebrations, I’ve learned that the most meaningful milestones are measured by something else entirely—courage.

Courage to face difficult days.

Courage to keep moving forward when life takes unexpected turns.

Courage to smile, even when the journey has been far from easy.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that true beauty isn’t found in perfection. It’s found in resilience. It’s found in kindness. It’s found in the ability to rise again and again, no matter what challenges stand in your way.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagine.

There are chapters filled with joy, and there are chapters that test us in ways we never expected.

But every chapter has value.

Every struggle teaches something.

Every setback reveals strength we didn’t know we had.

And every birthday is a reminder that we’re still here, still growing, and still writing our story.

Today, I choose gratitude.

Gratitude for another year of life.

Gratitude for the people who have supported me.
