Emma and Micah embody vibrancy and delight, and I knew Griffith Observatory would be the perfect place for their engagement session. ✨
They love Jesus, they love life, and they really love people - so of course Griffith was absolutely swarming the day we shot. Add in a few La La land vibes, golden light, and nonstop joy, and you’ve got a pretty perfect afternoon. So grateful for these two and counting down to their “I do’s” next summer.🤍

I still remember my first time meeting Will in 2009 because it was the first time I shot a lifestyle session in a total stranger’s home! He wasn’t quite yet one, and now I’ve known that wonderful family for 16 years. I had the pleasure of photographing Will’s senior portraits before he graduates and heads off to play lacrosse at university in Milwaukee. Watching him grow from a baby in his crib to a confident young man chasing big dreams has been such a gift. Honored to document this milestone and cheer him on as he steps into an incredible new season.

I couldn’t have known it when I was photographing six month baby Owen 17 years ago, but this young man is one of those people who is going to keep our world running. God bless the engineers! Not only is he super smart, he’s a blast to hang out with, and he does a mean duck call. I will never get over how these precious babies grow into full grown adults, and I get the privilege of documenting it.

I met Austin in 2009 when he was an adorable little tow-headed toddler! Getting to photograph his senior portraits after watching him grow up over the years was so special. Now he’s a wonderful, polite, handsome young man getting ready to head off to college!
