I have wanted to photograph my best friend's maternity session since she told me she was pregnant, and getting to actually do it made me teary eyed!

Watching someone you love step into motherhood is something else entirely!! And knowing that Piper is going to grow up with a built-in best friend makes my heart so full I can barely stand it! 💕

So much love for this little family. We are so glad you are healthy, baby girl!

There is something really special about being someone's photographer over and over again. You stop being just their photographer and you start being someone they trust, someone they're comfortable with, someone they're happy to see.

This rooftop proposal is already one of my favorite sessions I have ever photographed, and I think you'll see why.

Her reaction when he got down on one knee was one of the most genuine, unscripted moments I have ever had the honor of witnessing through a lens. We went straight into their engagement session and the joy just carried all the way through. You can feel it in every single frame.

What I love most is that this wasn't even our first time working together. We have done her "half-baked" photos, her gender reveal, and now her maternity bo***ir session. And every single time she shows up, she's even more comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

I have been getting so many sweet messages lately and I just needed to share some of it because it genuinely fills my cup every single time!

When someone trusts me with their maternity session, their family, their proposal, their business' branding, I feel that weight and I take it seriously. Knowing they walk away happy with their gallery AND with how they felt during the session means everything to me!
