For those who want to nerd out 🤓🤌🏻

This project was all shot on A7V with the Sony 24-70mm GMii and Sony 90mm lenses. I tethered with .official 10M 10G cable to MacBook Pro (still rocking the M1 Max) on a Voyager 36 cart as a workstation and running . Utilizing Ace 750s to turn a monitor on a Matthews monitor stand, powered by into a wireless and self sustainable viewer.

The scene was lit it by four D2’s and a few modifiers all camera right. One D2 shining through a 12x 1-stop silk supported with a frame camera right, giving my baseline for light direction. The second D2 with a beauty dish and grid as my key with some punch. The third D2 with a zoom reflector as a kick and warmed up with 1/2 cto. And the fourth D2 bounced into the ceiling which created some lift.

All backdrops are and selected per style of each talent that I purchased for this project. found the chair on marketplace, flowers from , some wardrobe and vases from . The flowers are tiered on Matthews apple boxes.

I used a A7Riii camera for resolution with the Sony 55mm lens tethered with .official to 16” MBP M1 Max mounted to Voyager 36 EVO X.

Lighting included using a B1X with 53” Octa with a grid for a key light with the modeling light on attached to c-stand. A beauty dish with grid and a Profoto B10X giving a bit of punch with the key light. A Profoto B1X with a reflector and 10 degree grid for a kick camera left with CTO. A small fog machine was added to give some atmosphere and texture. A bounce was used camera right for the shield. Cleanup was done in .

Working in the studio and playing in the cosplay scene I learned a bit about Frieren and decided to play with rear curtain sync for an epic jump shot.

The setup:
I used a A7Riii camera for resolution with the Sony 55mm lens tethered with .official to 16” MBP M1 Max mounted to Voyager 36 EVO X. Camera settings: 100 ISO, 1s shutter, f/10 in rear curtain sync.

Lighting included using a B1X with 53” Octa with a grid for a key light with the modeling light on attached to c-stand. A beauty dish with grid and a Profoto B10X giving a bit of punch with the key light. A Profoto B1X with a reflector and 10 degree grid for a kick camera left with CTO.
