Jeremy and I spent last weekend at a local B&B with some incredible history and architecture. It was a perfect 24 hours of quiet, time in front of the fireplace, reading and the most incredible breakfast. I never thought of myself as a B&B person, but I’m sold now! I love the history of old houses and estates, just like - what a privilege to create new memories in these places full of memory.

✨Friday Introductions✨ It’s been a while since I posted something like this, so today seems like a good day!

🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m Beth and I love being behind the camera! I’m an introvert who loves people, which makes wedding days truly enjoyable for me - my job is literally to be a fly on the wall! You might find me on an ideal Friday with a mug of tea, reading classic literature (nerd) with the windows open.

🫂 I love my family of SIX including our surprise twins. I homeschool our oldest 2 kids and it’s one of my favorite things.

❤️ I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 13 years - we enjoy weddings because we treasure marriage. It’s such a good gift. He’s also a phenomenal second photographer and I love that we get to partner together.

📸 My photography style is classic and timeless - when you look back on your photos in twenty years, I want them to be just as you remember your wedding day. In addition, our desire is to document your wedding day intimately and candidly, catching the moments you might not have known were happening - your mom watching your first dance with your dad, your grandparents during the ceremony, your brand new husband who can’t take his eyes off you.

The other day, one of my twins became fascinated with my wedding ring - when she realized that Daddy had one too, she was in awe. And I can’t blame her - it still feels like such a privilege to have this ring. I never take it off. 💗 This is why the detail portion of the wedding day is important to me - these are details that might be around the rest of your life (your ring, your dress, your vow books) OR they are the details that reflect someone else’s life (your grandma’s pearl necklace, your mom’s earrings). We love showcasing these mementos of your wedding day!

I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day - as a child, a teen, a single college student, a fiancé, a wife and a mom. It brings back the nostalgia of Valentine’s Day boxes and heart shaped pizza (Papa Murphy’s, going strong for almost 20 years!), candy and sweethearts. Love had a different meaning for me in all those stages and while it was sweet in every one, I’m thankful for a more tested and tried love, 13 years into marriage with . I know that’s just a short while to some, but it is precious that each year has the potential to grow deeper and dearer.
