I'm a meant-to-go-to-law-school kid who took a photography class and 14 years later here I am. I thrive on relationships with others and creating life-long memories. I am a single mom to my two little girls, love to sing, tend to fall down at every photoshoot (many times in the water- oops), and laughing is my therapy. I talk a lot and enjoy getting to know my clients so I can create memories that

truly are themselves. I will love your babies like my own, and capture the story of their life and your love as your family grows. I thrive on branding sessions, showing the world just who you are as a business owner is one of my favorite types of sessions. While I only take on so many weddings per year, being a part of someone's most special day is one of the biggest honors one can have, and I am so appreciative every time I'm chosen for that role. I truly am so blessed to do a job I love so much that it never is a job.

Sometimes with photoshoots you get to take a dip in the pool to capture your subject. Sometimes you get to ride a ferris wheel, or a horse drawn carriage (don't get me wrong, I'm glad they're outlawing them!), and sometimes... you get to trek a quarter of a mile with a 30 lb camera bag and 10 lb camera to get to shaded sunflower fields and get eaten alive by bugs.

And I'd do it again and again every time with a couple like Hailey and Shawn. BTW- for some weird reason I kept calling Shawn "Brian" and I still can't figure out why, so... there's that.

The flowers were stunning. The couple absolutely SO sweet and precious.

This is also the perfect time to remind you that if you haven't planned your wedding, but want to get your engagement photos done, your engagement fees come off your wedding retainer. And we all know now that I travel any and everywhere (I'm working on my passport now!) for elopements if that's what you choose :)

Many congrats to the sweetest of couples, Shawn (not Brian, haha) and Hailey on their engagement and one helluva rock. I HAD to photograph it on her favorite flowers

The last couple of weeks have been so so busy that I took the weekend off posting. Hoping everyone is enjoying their Labor Day Weekend! Gracie sold 51 or 52 mums for school, beating Pay’s record of 45. We celebrated our Lolly’s bday. It was a rough week for some Kentuckians but karma does have her way I guess. Gracie marched in the World Fest parade and ran into Emma. We got to include Mom and Granny’s memorial pieces in another celebration. I got a new tattoo 🤭

We’re tired but thankful. Glad for an extra day off tomorrow.

Hardest thing I’ve ever done. Worth every second for my girls. Even when my brows be messy, my nails chipped and I’m rocking the white trash roots.

Okay, I’m up to TWELVE people wanting fair photos next YEAR and I’ve sold one.

I’ve decided to only book 3. It took an hour so I won’t be doing minis. Thirty fully retouched digitals. $750. 1-1-2027 as pricing changes this will be closer to $1200.

First come, first serve. With tax it’s $795, and can be split into two payments of $397.50 due to book and by 11/1.

Shoot me a DM if you want one of the slots. Of course if I can do a Shelby Co and an Oldham Co I’ll add those on too but won’t know til next year.

Love y’all for your support but I can’t do twelve of them lol 🤣

PS: you will be responsible for costs of rides/entrance/etc- it was about $100 for all 3 of us. That will be fair day of course.
