Robyn White made her mark from 2004 to 2008 as the first African American woman to earn a tennis scholarship at the University of Louisville. She didn’t just break barriers, she led the Cards to their first ever NCAA tournament appearance and set a standard that still inspires.

Now a coach and mentor, she continues shaping the game with the same strength and purpose she carried as a player. Her journey honors the path carved by Althea Gibson and carried forward by Arthur Ashe, and every athlete she guides becomes part of that living legacy.
