Hiii it’s me! 🫶🏼☺️

I’ve never really introduced myself so would love to let you know more of my story. :)

Photography has always been a passion of mine but it wasn’t until I started traveling more and meeting some very inspiring people that I really went for it as a career. I actually thought about going to school for photography but I felt that it wasn’t safe or stable enough. I wish I would have just done it!

I was able to spend much of my 20s traveling but am now settled down with our family in Loveland, CO. I am so happy and fulfilled now and truly love the life we have built! We are actually building out another camper van so that we can do more exploring as a family part time. I ended up selling my original van and we are converting one that’s more family friendly!

I am so grateful to have met my husband Morgan–he has inspired me so much and is always my number one champion and so supportive of me going after my dreams. We are planning a small wedding and celebratory dinner with our immediate family for later this year as our original elopement was super casual.

The future has so much in store for us both personally and professionally, I can’t wait to see what this year brings!

Many couples come to me and ask if I can help them find a short-term rental to host their micro wedding. The answer is a resounding yes! 🙌🏼 Not all rentals allow weddings, but there are a few ways to quickly find the ones that do.

1. Use the “description” filter on Airbnb and type in keywords like “weddings” or “events.” This will pull up Airbnbs that have the word wedding in their description. Airbnb changed their terms of service to no longer allow events, but many property owners are still okay with a small event. Just make sure it’s not saying no weddings allowed!

2. Use the “events allowed” filter on VRBO to narrow down your search results to properties that allow events. This is super straightforward and definitely the quickest, easiest way to find options.

3. See if you can contact the property owner or management company directly. Look for a logo or possible company name that you could search elsewhere. Just don’t message them on the Airbnb app asking for this, as they could get penalized for giving out their contact info there. They may have more information about micro weddings and events on their website.

4. Have your ceremony off-site and just use the property for a reception dinner and getting ready. Even if the owner doesn’t allow weddings, it is very reasonable to be able to stay there before and after your wedding. Just give the property owner a heads up if you are taking photos or having additional people at the property who aren’t on your reservation.

5. If you’d like to confirm the owner’s policies, you can say something like: “What are your policies around micro weddings? We are planning to have a wedding ceremony off-site and a quiet dinner back at the home. No additional guests outside of the reservation will be attending, and we aren’t planning for any loud music or DJs.” Obviously, customize this to whatever you are planning!

The key is definitely to be open and transparent with the host. Most of them are super understanding and just want you to have a good experience while keeping their spaces in good condition. 🤍

This engagement session felt effortless from the start. I originally met these two at a styled shoot a while back (they’re both models) but what really made them fun to photograph was how playful and natural they were together.

We spent the evening wandering around the hillside, laughing a lot and getting to know each other a bit better before their wedding.

Now that I’ve photographed their wedding too, these photos feel even more special. I loved their energy from the beginning and feel lucky I got to document both chapters. 😊

I’ve been keeping a big secret… but I don’t think I can any longer!! 🥰 We are so excited to welcome baby Wiese, coming November 2025.

I am so glad to be on this journey into motherhood and wouldn’t want anyone else by my side! 🤍🐣

I will be taking some time off this fall and winter to spend time with our new family, but am excited to get back into shooting weddings and elopements next spring! 💍

You really can do absolutely whatever you want on your wedding day! 💍 Ashley and Zack both have a passion for fishing, so that’s exactly what we centered their elopement around.  
We met before sunrise at Brainard Lake and started hiking in the dark. Poles strapped to their packs, headlamps glowing, and just the three of us on a quiet trail. On the way in, we ran into a family of moose (!!!) and couldn’t help but hang out and watch them for a while. 🫎

We found the perfect spot near the lake, and they jumped right into fishing together.

When we got back to the car to sign their marriage license, Zack totally surprised Ashley with a custom song about their relationship. They slow danced right there in the gravel parking lot next to their rental jeep, surrounded by trees and cars. 
If you need a reminder that your wedding day can be exactly what you want, this is it! 🙌🏼

I can’t help but be obsessed with these photos from Leanne and Evan’s micro wedding in Crested Butte. 🥹

They picked the perfect time of year for the fall colors to truly pop for their wedding. They planned a sweet and intimate day with their closest friends and pup, but we had this time set aside to get away and take some photos together, and for them to really take in the moment and enjoy getting married as a couple.

This was such a special experience and I’m honored to have been a part of it! 🫶🏼

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas (and many mamas-to-be) in my life! 🥰

Photographing this season of life for such wonderful friends was truly a gift. Now, watching their sweet baby girl grow has been so special and serves as a reminder of how quickly time flies and how important it is to capture these moments. ❤️ It’s easy to forget to slow down when life moves so fast.

I’d absolutely love to work with more families and mamas! If you’re expecting or just want to document life as it is now, I’d love to be your girl 🫶🏼

I’m SO excited to finally share my rebrand and totally revamped website!! 🍾🎉 Thank you so much to for bringing my vision to life. My old site felt cold, boring, and not at all like me– and I knew I needed a brand that stood out in a sea of similar elopement photographers.

I felt called to share more of my why and really lean into what’s made me fall in love with intimate weddings from the beginning. I’ve never poured so much energy into writing and showing up intentionally online, and I’m so proud of how it all came together.

Melanie and Luis flew across the globe from Germany to elope in Colorado’s beautiful mountains! 🏔

Wanting to start the day with red rocky desert scenery, and to end the day with sweeping mountain views, I helped them find this incredible mountain overlook where they said their vows.

Our hike up was lined with wildflowers and jaw-dropping views of the flat irons, all captured on both digital and 35mm film.

When we reached the top, they set up the cutest picnic, and enjoyed the view together. They wrote their vows in English, German, and Spanish, reflecting their journey together and the different countries in which they have lived in.

Every moment of this day was overflowing with passion and adventure. I loved that they made their day about them and their commitment to each other.

I am so grateful to have been able to capture these memories that will last a lifetime. 💗
