Loved shooting at this location. Thanks Kellie!

It was so humid, and I was pouring sweat. But, this Class of 2027 girlie literally nailed every second of this shoot! So fun! I can’t wait to dive into all the images. Stay tuned.

Last night's senior photo session was perfect. The clouds parted and the rain shifted. The cloudy sky made one big beautiful soft box for lighting and this girl rocked her shoot. This is the kind of branding session I LOVE. 😍
Amanda is a speech therapist, and instead of just getting a bunch of pretty headshots, we wanted her photos to actually show what it feels like to work with her. Because her work isn’t stiff or clinical. It’s getting down on the floor. Playing. Being silly. Blowing bubbles. Using toys. Celebrating the little wins. Making kids feel comfortable enough to try again.
And THAT is what I wanted these photos to show.

We got the polished branding shots, of course, but my favorites are the ones where she’s just doing what she does best. You can see her personality, her energy, and how naturally she connects with these kiddos
Branding photos shouldn’t just show people what you look like.They should show people what it feels like to work with you. And I think these do exactly that. 🥹🩷

I love senior portrait season. This guy was up for absolutely anything I threw his way. While he's usually the first one to crack a joke and make everyone around him laugh, he surprised me with the serious expressions he was serving in front of the camera. As the kids say today... "he ate".
High school senior... or a model headed for the runways or studios in NYC? I'm not sure. All I know is I loved every second of this session. And I have wayyyy too many favorites. Elijah-CLASS OF 2027.

🇺🇸 The older I get, the more I realize it isn’t always the big celebrations we remember. It’s the dock. The fishing pole. The warmth of the sun. The feeling that time stood still for just a little while.
Happy 250th birthday, America. I pray today is filled with the kinds of moments that become tomorrow’s nostalgia. ❤️🤍💙

I always tell my couples this:
You don’t have to know how to pose.
You don’t have to perform.
Just show up, love each other, and let me do the rest.

The best photographs almost always happen somewhere between the prompts and the laughter.
