I’ve always wanted to grow Dahlias and was inspired by ’s show and book! This year we built some raised garden beds and are well on our way! I can’t wait to see the blooms!

Every morning I pour myself a cup of coffee and head out to the garden. Make mental notes of whether I need to water that evening, check on the flowers, refill the hummingbird feeder, but most of all just listen to the birds around me while the world wakes up. It’s so peaceful! 🌅

Made some bouquets for my friends today with things from my garden. Green onion, oregano, basil, rosemary, lavender, chili pepper, roses, zinnias, and marigolds. I think they turned out gorgeous!
