Turning one isn’t just a milestone for the little one, it’s a milestone for the parents, too. A whole year of love, growth, late nights, tiny moments, and memories that went by far too quickly.

As a photographer, one of my favorite parts of what I do is helping families slow down and truly be present. While you celebrate, laugh, love, and soak in the day, I’m there behind the scenes capturing the details, the emotions, the little moments, and the memories you may not even have noticed.

It’s an honor to take a little of the stress off your shoulders and preserve such a meaningful day for your family to look back on for years to come.

There’s something about a toddler reaching up and wrapping his tiny hand around his dad's finger that stops you in your tracks.
These little moments may seem ordinary now, the breeze, the tiny feet by the water, that sweet little hand holding on tight, but I know they’re the moments I’ll wish I could freeze in time someday.

I know one day, those little hands won’t reach for ours quite as often. They’ll grow. They’ll run ahead. They’ll want their independence. While we’ll be so proud watching them become who they’re meant to be, we will always miss the days when his whole world could fit in the palm of our hand.

So for now, we will hold on a little longer.
Make the memories. Be present. Soak it all in. These are the days that become the stories we carry forever.

I honestly thought I was my own worst critic… until I got my first bad review under an anonymous title.
And while I’d be lying if I said it didn’t sting, I also know who I am, where I am in my journey, and why I started this business in the first place.

I’m new to this business. I haven’t even been doing it for a year yet. My pricing reflects that. I’m not trying to pretend I’m something I’m not, and I’m certainly not charging as if I have years and years of experience behind me.

What I do promise is that I will always show up professionally, communicate with my clients, and put genuine effort into every session. Not once have I intentionally been unprofessional or careless with someone’s experience.

Every gallery I deliver is one I’ve taken the time to work on and one that I would be proud to receive myself. I’m learning, growing, improving, and figuring things out along the way and I’m okay with that.

To anyone who has supported me, trusted me with your memories, or is considering booking with me: please know that you’re supporting someone who genuinely cares. I may be new, but I’m passionate, I’m honest about where I am, and I’m committed to getting better with every client I work with.
