I am BEYOND excited to finally launch Personality Minis! ✨

Kids change so quickly - their smiles, their missing teeth, their little quirks, the things they’re obsessed with at each age. These sessions are all about capturing exactly who they are right now, so you can look back year after year and see those sweet changes.

Details:
• Saturday, March 7th
• 5-minute studio session (plenty of time — promise!)
• Full gallery of 10+ black & white images
• One-week turnaround
• $125 for first child
• $100 for each sibling (plus a few sibling photos included!)

This year, Owen learned the true meaning of Christmas, and it has been such a beautiful reminder for us as well.

I’m so grateful for his teacher who helps him memorize scripture, our church for providing kid friendly advent blocks that tell the whole story, and my sweet family for reinforcing everything he’s learning.

Hearing his little voice proclaiming the good news? Best gift ever.

When I started out, I was never sure how to answer when people asked what I liked to shoot most. I was down to try anything and did try a lot of different things! Sports, real estate, weddings, pets, quinces, corporate.. but this year it really became clear that what brings me the most joy (and honestly where I’m the most skilled).

Kids, man. All day every day. From birth to graduation, I LOVE having kids in front of my camera. Especially when I get to capture the love between them and their parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, you name it. It’s truly the best.

Thank you so much to all the beautiful families that came out for Christmas Minis this year. Special thank you to the families that have come back for three years now. Getting to capture your kids as they grow is SUCH an honor. 🫶🏻

November 23rd at Light Room LBK sold out before I could even post it here 😱 So I added a second date at Refined Studio! .. which also sold out 🤪

SO I added one FINAL date for a few friends who couldn’t make it to the other two!

In honor of the big game today, here are some photos from my time in the student section 🖤❤️

We went to every game, rain or shine (or dust storm or snow), win or lose, and we stayed through the matador song. I took my little Olympus camera to (almost) every game and I’m so glad I did because looking back, my iPhone 3 photos look like they were taken with a potato. 🥔🤣

☀️ Our evening walks and scooter rides have become one of my favorite parts of the day.

Owen notices everything - the insects on the nopales, the berries turning red, the tiniest changes in the world around him.
But this time change has me struggling 😅

How it started ➡️ How it’s going

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since my very first “official” sessions. I started by asking families of past students if I could take their photos, which honestly felt terrifying! But they were so kind and patient while I learned.

It’s easy to look back and cringe at the things I’d do differently now, but this was my best at the time, and I’m really proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new. Even if the photos aren’t perfect, the memories still are.

To my clients who’ve been with me since the very beginning: thank you for believing in me before I fully believed in myself. 🥹💛
