Keep your eyes peeled. We have a HUGE storage unit we will be selling everything inside of it. Will even negotiate pricing as well as consider trades.
Huge amount of the PREVIOUSLY KNOWNShagway Arts barn decor and items for wedding venues.
Since selling the property which we all saw about this summer with me posting of using in the future, how much it was an unwanted sell but a need for my family and my business to succeed, so let’s put some of those pieces you loved and enjoyed about what Nancy and Clayton actually grew the barn into being what we will all MISS. No one will ever compare in running the barn with empathy and understanding of all disabilities as those two do and carry into a business understanding, no matter who owns it in the future.

We haven’t forgotten to reach out to all who have recently reached out. The kitchens family had multiple family emergencies happen one after another. We thank everyone for their understanding, constant support, and empathy with all of these unexpected events. We will be back to normal productivity once the family is back to a normal state as well. Thank you again for all the well wishes and thoughts.

I’m tired of being ashamed and embarrassed of my mental illness and its severity. Because honestly I shouldn’t be. Just because you don’t know the depths of my struggles doesn’t mean you can’t tell me they ain’t that deep. the ocean is mostly unexplored, yet we still respect it slightly so why can’t we offer other humans that same respect and common decency?
I’m not just a photographer I’m a human as well, as a business owner who wants to make change! If it is something you don’t believe that’s fine it’s not the type of people I would want for my business then anyway , I want people who I work with to be of like mindset we can agree to disagree respectfully, without causing each other harm. Just as you are entitled to who you pick for getting your business, an owner is also entitled to set those same boundaries. I made this business to be a safe way to bring in extra income due to my severe mental health illnesses, not to become a billionaire; all while attempting to make positive change, and still be a good business. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but you are not entitled to your opinion causing others harm point blank!

I understand some potential clients frustrations in regards to scheduling. If you reach out to schedule and we have to then reschedule remember, im a part time business owner and full time mother, please allow myself and business the courtesy of messaging us even a few times to get you set in stone in the calendar for that photo shoot. All deposits last for up to 60 calendar days. And please remember we are all humans and are all entitled to respect.

Not photography related, but today it melted my heart to hear about how a person who has helped our business by helping manage a lot of business aspects, and volunteered countless hours helped, and changed someone’s life with words of encouragement while talking about the business. To then find this out because they then reached out later for some assistance and we were able to provide it at this time.
It was all around a heart warming experience.
It’s so uplifting to know my business has helped change some life’s in its very short existence already.
This is a business and with that I hope to make a little bit of change in the community for the entire length of running this business.
Thank you to all who support us! We beyond appreciate all of you!
