Poses are often necessary, but candids are really my favorite photos. I love chasing children and getting them making their most adorable faces. My roots are nature and wildlife photography, but getting people out in nature and photographing them in a beautiful setting is so much fun!

I spent two hours with Nicole and her mom this week for her senior photos. We started at the fair, which was a first for me, and it was SO much FUN! She got permission to get on rides and her personality and the colors were so fun to capture! We then went to the beach for more photos in the sand and we even got wet, which was great because it was a warm one! LOVED hanging out with this girl who was up for anything!

Such a memorable senior photo shoot with Isabelle! We started off in the newly opened state park and took photos by the river. Then we headed to Lake Michigan in time to watch, no, experience a storm roll in! So exciting! Here are a few of my favorites.
