It’s getting cold again, which means I’m dreaming about my time spent at .mn last winter🤍

Sometimes I forget just how many photos I take throughout the year for different projects, so I’m determined to finally start sharing them all here! I don’t just shoot weddings & couples — I also LOVE working with brands & small businesses to create content that tells a story! Photos that make you feel like you’re right there in their business with them.

I’ve been having more fun with my editing lately & I fear this is some of my best work???

I’m so over putting myself in a box & trying to be one kind of photographer!! My work is fun & serious & editorial & chaotic & messy & bold & literally every other buzzword you can think of!!

shared something recently that really put into words how I’ve been feeling towards my work & business. I’m adaptable. I can make beauty out of flowers on the side of the random street. I can capture the jaw dropping landscapes around the world. I can direct you & prompt you & pose you in the most incredible & striking ways. But I can also read the room & sit back & let you just ENJOY. I can’t put my work in a box because I can’t be put in a box!! Have you met me?!

I’m not always the most creative photographer out there. Sometimes I repeat poses & get inspiration from others. But I am one who can not only see the emotion & connection between people, but I can anticipate it. I can see a moment before it happens because that’s what I’m good at. I’m good at paying attention & adapting to my clients. I will always take the extra time to slow down, get to know you & show you I’m a real person because that’s how you make people comfortable. Not by being perfect & robotic & stuck in a box. At least not where I’m from!!
