Senior Feature: Allison Lewis
Allison attends Ludlow High School, where the Black Student Union, Harvard Model Congress, and varsity swim have been important parts of her high school experience. As a senior captain of the swim team, she has taken on a leadership role both in and out of the pool.
One accomplishment Allison is especially proud of is being the founder and president of her school's Black Student Union.
After graduation, Allison plans to attend college and then continue on to law school with the goal of becoming an attorney. She is especially excited about pursuing her dream of becoming a corporate attorney.
Her advice for next year's seniors: “Don’t take anything for granted, and try to be involved in everything and truly enjoy your senior year.”
Allison chose the transition from summer into fall for her senior photos because she loves the semi-warm look and the beauty of the changing seasons. She selected a location with a warm, southern feel and plenty of nature because it reminds her of growth, maturity, and the beauty of connecting with the world around her.
For her session, Allison wanted her photos to have a natural, warm vibe. She hoped people would see someone who is genuinely happy and ready to move on to a new chapter in life.
Her favorite part of the session was exploring the different locations where her photos were being taken and knowing she was getting exactly the look and feel she envisioned.
