A few previews from Rikki + TJ's big day this past Saturday! I could not have asked for better weather as a photographer or better clients as a person. And look at them, they're gorgeous! Incredibly happy with how these images turned out and wish the Barnes a lifetime of love and friendship. I love love! 💜✨

It's East Texas and I am incredibly excited to share some of my favorite fashion images shot for the Charm East Texas June issue! These photos are so special to me because I finally got to photograph my gemini birthday twin and dear friend Akisha in one of my favorite cities in Texas. We toured around Fredericksburg eating German pastries, drinking red wines and hiking mountains to make this shoot happen and Akisha absolutely killed it every step of the way. I mean, look how gorgeous she is! Literally made her climb Enchanted Rock in a dress and sandals and she looked fabulous the whole time. Also, shout out to former Charm editor Kaleigh Anne for supporting and pushing my creative vision over the last year. I am so proud of the work we've been able to create together. A week and one day ago I got to do a very cool thing. A thing that makes my allergies act up just thinking about it. I flew out to San Francisco, walked the Golden Gate Bridge lugging a suitcase full of camera gear, hid under a staircase at Battery Spencer and waited for my cue to secretly photograph the moment two of my best friends from college got engaged. The best part? Megan's reaction after I jumped out of hiding shouting a loud "Hey!" I will never forget the "I can't believe you're actually here" surprised look on her face. She cried. I cried. Nick was beaming with pride knowing the surprise engagement he'd been planning for a year and a half went off without a hitch. It was an incredible moment. One of those "I want to remember this forever" kind of moments. The location, thoughtfulness and intention that went into Nick's proposal was so special and intimate it's hard not to smile when you look at these photos. It was such a privilege to capture this moment in time for a couple I love so dearly. I could write a book on how happy I am for these two, but I'll let their love speak for itself.
