Three things I’m here for: couples in love, the mountains…and dogs. Aly and Frank’s wedding day combined them all. From their ceremony at Big Meadows Lodge, to portraits at a nearby overlook, their pups were a big part of the day.

Sneak peak of a recent elopement in Shenandoah National Park, with one of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen there. We kept thinking we’d seen the best part, but as the sun sank lower the sky’s colors got better and better. So we kept taking photos well past sunset, leading to this first silhouette which is now one of my favorite shots ever!
