Introducing Jack Strider! “A wizard is never late. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.”

Jack Strider arrived at 9:35am on Saturday, September 21st - 10 days before his due date! Beatrice is the happiest little girl in the world and loves snuggling and checking in on Jack every chance she gets.

Sneak peeks from my last shoot of the year! An absolutely beautiful sunrise with two beautiful, kind people and their amazing friends and family who all hiked with them! They were an absolute blast.

Huge shout out to Johnny for hiking with me, and to for coming along too, cause I absolutely needed her there. She took that last photo on the slide which is the most *epic*.

Another July post! This one was in Pennsylvania, and it sure was hot, but guess what? If you elope in Shenandoah National Park, the Shenandoah River is nearby (or some streams in the mountains that lead to waterfalls!) and you can hop right in. Even if it’s not July (:

This is cheating a bit because I actually took this photo when I was pregnant with Beatrice after hiking in the White Mountains for wedding portraits, but I haven’t taken any bump photos so far this time around!

We are expecting this October! Beatrice is very excited to have a baby brother (: ❤️

That being said, I am not booking anymore for September - December of this year.

However I am still booking a few more shoots and elopements for June - August, and will still be very willing to hike through it all.

Sneak peeks from this elopement last November! I don't know why we are going out of order like this or how I never got to posting these, but here we are.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​These four (plus ) stayed in the Skyline Yurt (google it! It's amazing!) in Front Royal. They all got ready together in the yurt and then Nicholas sang the wedding song from Full House. They cut some cake, played some pool, and shot some bows and arrows and then we made our way up to Shenandoah National Park. It was *freezing* cold, but some beautiful light and wind made it absolutely stunning. They had their ceremony and took lots of photos together before getting warm and going out to dinner and back to the yurt.
