Your inner demons can wreck havoc on your dreams. The battle of depression and mental illness should not be fought alone please seek help and talk to someone to help battle your issues. I have ptsd from two wars and many near death experiences sometimes the battle is too much but I am thankful for the support I have in my amazing wife to help calm my most vicious inner storms. My outlet is also photography and capturing the beauty the world has to offer and to share it with those who need the motivation to keep fighting
