How is it that I’ll soon be picking new dates for Fall Mini Sessions?
(And I still have beautiful families to share from last fall? 🙈)

Seeing this sweet family has me looking forward to fall temps and fall pics, but also holding on to the last bit of slow summer.

Fall mini dates will be officially picked and posted in August, and minis are only done on those special mini dates so mark the cals.

I’ve had the pleasure of taking pictures of Kristin and her family for 3 years in a row now — each year not long after her girls have birthdays — and it is such fun to have this touchstone for me to see them and catch up since I don’t get to see them regularly like I did when we first met! Always thankful for each family who trusts me to get some pictures, and especially love when it means seeing friends who I don’t see often! 💕

I have long loved Jay’s Hope and their mission to support local families who are going through a childhood cancer diagnosis —from the big things we see like the Trek or Treat Costume Race fundraiser to the small daily things we don’t see them do for families with the money they raise, this organization does an amazing job of loving and serving their families well. It was such a joy to get to spend some time at Jay’s Hope Prom and see some of their families celebrate and be celebrated together. They have built a true community and I am lucky to have gotten to be a small part.
