Ever wonder why some portraits just have that professional "pop"? Wonder why your family photos sometimes feel a little stiff or you're never quite sure how to pose people naturally?
Join us for our 3-part Hands-On Outdoor Portraiture Workshop, sponsored by Nikon, and learn how to create portraits that feel natural, engaging, and authentic.
Your instructor, Steve Daubs, CPP, has photographed hundreds of families, seniors, and couples over the past 12 years. With a background in photojournalism and advanced portrait training, Steve doesn't just teach you how to create great portraits, he explains why a photograph works, giving you the knowledge to continue growing long after the workshop ends.
Over three sessions you'll learn:
• Posing for individuals, couples, and groups
• How to find great outdoor locations
• Techniques for creating genuine expressions
• How lens choice impacts your portraits
• What makes a portrait visually compelling
