Happy Friday!!!! 💞🥳 Ready for a super fun wedding weekend!

Wanted to hop on here and say heyyyy! I’m Marcie! I’ve been doing photography for about 8 years now. I got into weddings around 4 years ago by fully trusting in God (I was terrified to do them. I mean that’s someone’s best day ever!!! A lot relying on me!) He has shown me that by trusting in Him, I am fully capable. Whether I’m photographing your senior year, an exciting life event, or your wedding day, it brings me so much joy just getting to be a part of your life!!! I love my job & the people I get to meet through it. My goal is to create images you love for years to come while making you feel super comfortable in front of the camera.

A little bit about me! I graduated from Mississippi State University in 2024 then married my best friend that summer! We’ve been together 7 years total and married 2 years this Sunday 🥳 We have a sweet little boy, Cooper, who is just our best friend. He’s 8 months old today! We also have 2 cats & a crazyyyy chocolate lab. I pretty much live off of alanis & loaded teas 🤭 I love reading & some of my all time favorite books are the Hunger Games & Throne of Glass series!

Oh how special these sweet sessions have become!!!! Having my first child has opened my eyes to how sweet these newborn sessions are. You will think: oh I’ll remember them this little!! But you won’t! It will fly by in the blink of an eye without you even realizing. Personally, I’m so glad I changed my mind and did one of these sessions with cooper. It amazes me every time how little he was when I scroll back to them. I will forever be grateful for coopers newborn session (thank you, .co 🥹) & I’m so glad I was able to take the Stanley’s newborn photos!!!

Madigan & Caleb’s traditional southern wedding at First Baptist Jackson with a super fun reception following at the Capital Club was just the best day ever!! It was so fitting for them. I couldn’t have imagined a more fun couple to be around. They are all things sweet & fun. They wholeheartedly trusted my vision, but above all it felt like I was hanging out with friends all day!!!
