I had the absolute honor of spending the afternoon with Katie, Bennett, and their brand new baby boy last week and my heart has been so full ever since. There is just nothing quite like walking into a home that is brand new to a baby. The quiet, the softness, the way two people look at this tiny little person they made like they cannot quite believe he is real yet.

Katie and Bennett, you are already such incredible parents and Drew is so unbelievably lucky to have you both. Thank you for welcoming me into your home during such a sacred and fleeting time. I am so honored to have captured these first days for you. 🤍

Getting to see these two again was honestly the best and I had so much fun just hanging out with them while we created something so beautiful together. Their baby girl is going to be so incredibly loved and I cannot wait to meet her. 🥰

Happy Memorial Day!! 🇺🇸

Today I am feeling so incredibly grateful for every single person who has served this country and for the freedom we get to live in every day. I am so proud to be an American. Thank you to all who have served and to the families who have sacrificed alongside them. 🤍

I also cannot believe that summer is basically knocking on the door!! The blossoms are finally starting to come out and spring has just been flying by.

On that note, I do have ONE spot left for a blossom cap & gown mini session this Thursday! The blossoms are just starting to pop which means the timing is absolutely perfect right now. If you have a graduating senior who still needs their cap & gown photos, this is your sign!

The blossoms are coming into bloom right now and I only have a FEW spots left for cap & gown mini sessions before they are gone for another year.

Graduating seniors, this is your sign!! Your cap and gown surrounded by blooms that only come around once a year? Yes please. 😍 Once the spots are filled and the blossoms fade that is it until next year so please do not wait on this one!

Class of 2027, I have a few spots left in June for lupine sessions. 🤍

Lupines are one of the most magical and uniquely Maine things you will ever be photographed in front of, and they only bloom for a short window at the end of June. Once they are gone, they are gone until next year!

I have a couple of secret spots I love to take seniors for these sessions and the results honestly speak for themselves. The soft light, the purple and pink blooms towering around you. There is truly nothing like it. 😍

If you have been on the fence about booking your senior session, let this be the nudge. A few spots are left and once they fill up that is it for lupine season!

A little life update + a friendly reminder for on proposals! 🤍

On the photography front, things are absolutely FLYING over here. I sent out around 6 proposals yesterday and 4 more today alone, which means summer spots are going faster than ever!! 🫶🏻

If you have been waiting on a proposal from me or have one sitting in your inbox, please make sure to get it signed and submitted as soon as possible! A date is not officially yours until the contract is signed and the retainer is submitted, and I would hate for anyone to lose the date they wanted!

On the home front, Tim and I have been busy bees! We have been redoing one of our upstairs rooms and honestly the progress we have made in such a short amount of time has us so excited. Cannot wait to show you the final results once it is all done! Just a few more layers of paint, new flooring, and some decor and we will be finished! Bye bye 80's s**g rug 😂
