Life has a way of coming full circle faster than we ever imagine.

Recently, I had the honor of taking maternity photos for my daughter’s childhood best friend, Ayla — and my heart has been sitting with the beauty of time ever since.

I still remember the day Ella and Ayla met at the end of our driveway. Two little girls, standing there with the kind of confidence only children have, decided right then and there that they were going to be best friends. No hesitation. No overthinking. Just a simple agreement that changed so many years to come.

That friendship carried them through countless elementary school days, sleepovers, laughter, tears, inside jokes, late nights, growing pains, and all the little moments that shape childhood. They grew up side by side in the sweetest season of life.

And now here we are.

Life has brought us to this moment — celebrating Ayla as she prepares to welcome a beautiful baby girl of her own.

There’s something deeply emotional about witnessing time move like this. One moment they’re children at the end of a driveway, and the next, they’re becoming mothers and building families of their own.

It’s a reminder to hold tight to the moments that seem ordinary… because one day, they become the memories that mean everything! 💗
