Yesterday, I found out that another relationship I thought would last is ending. One of my long time friends. I was shocked.

And it made me think about how easily people can risk something real for something temporary, lacking essence.

A person who chose you. A home you built together. Years of memories, trust, ordinary mornings, a shared life, plans for the future… all of it can be damaged in a moment because someone forgot the value of what was already in their hands.

The saddest part is that sometimes people only understand what they had when the door has finally closed.

If you have someone good in your life, don’t wait for their absence to teach you their worth.

Some things really are gone once you lose them.

Title: “Keep Going”

There will be days when you question everything.

Days when you feel tired of being strong, tired of waiting for things to make sense, tired of carrying parts of your life nobody else can see.

But don’t give up there.

Because the person you become after a hard season is not the same person who entered it. You learn what you can survive. You learn who stays. You learn that your heart can take a hit and still find its way back to hope.

You do not have to feel powerful every day.

Just keep choosing the next step.
Keep showing up for your life.
Keep believing that this chapter is not the whole story.

One day, you will look back at the version of yourself who almost gave up and feel grateful that he kept going.

Title: “10 Simple Dates Worth a Lifetime”

Here are 10 dates to live before time steals the chance:

1. Chasing sunsets together. Watching the sky burn into colors that feel like your story.

2. A midnight picnic under the stars. Just you, a blanket, and the universe listening in.

3. Cooking by candlelight. Not perfect dishes, but perfect laughter in between.

4. A road trip with no plan. Getting lost, but never feeling lost, because you’re with them.

5. An afternoon in a quiet bookstore. Picking a story for them, like choosing words you’ve always wanted to say.

6. Dancing in the living room. No music needed, just the rhythm of your hearts.

7. Revisiting where it all began. To remind each other how fate first whispered your names.

8. Waking up early for a sunrise. The world still asleep, but your connection wide awake.

9. Getting lost in art. Letting paintings and sculptures spark conversations you’ll never forget.

10. Rainy-day slow love. Blankets, coffee, and the sound of rain — the kind of quiet you only share with another beautiful soul.

Maybe tonight, you don’t need another answer.

Maybe you just need to stop carrying tomorrow before it gets here.

You’ve thought about it enough.
Replayed it enough.
Worried about things that haven’t happened enough.

Some problems won’t be solved tonight.

Some people won’t suddenly understand you.

Some things simply need time.

So give yourself permission to put the day down.

You did what you could with the energy you had.

That is enough for tonight.

Tomorrow can have tomorrow.

Tonight, just come back to yourself.

There will be things you want that feel far away right now.

Keep going anyway.

Work for them. Learn. Take the chances that scare you. Say yes when the right door opens. And when no door opens, build one.

Dreams don’t always come when we want them to. Sometimes we have to grow into the person who can reach them.

Stay focused. Stay hungry. Keep moving.

One day, you’ll look at something you once thought was impossible and realize:

you made it your life.

You don’t need a new life. Maybe you just need one reason to believe in this one again 🌹❤️

Some seasons don’t ask you to be strong.

They ask you to be honest.

To admit that you’re tired.
That some things still hurt.
That you don’t have every answer.

And maybe that’s okay.

Maybe healing was never about becoming untouched by life.

Maybe it’s about learning that even after disappointment, loss, fear, or all the things you never saw coming…

you can still notice a sunset.

You can still laugh properly.

You can still care deeply.

You can still believe there is something good ahead.

That matters.

Because sometimes the bravest thing you can do is not start over.

It’s simply refusing to let a hard chapter convince you that the whole story is bad.

Keep going.

There is still so much of your life you haven’t seen yet. ❤️

300,000.

I don’t really know how to make that number sound normal.

This page started with sunsets, a red rose, and a few words I hoped might reach someone who needed them.

Somewhere along the way, it became much bigger than that.

Every time one of you sent a post to someone you care about…
every time you wrote “I needed this today”…
every time you came back quietly without ever saying a word…

You gave this page a reason to keep going.

So today, I don’t want to celebrate a number.

I want to celebrate what that number tells me.

There are still people who stop for kindness.
Who still need hope.
Who still notice beauty.
Who still believe a few honest words can matter.

And somehow, 300,000 of those people found their way here.

In a world that can be unbelievably loud sometimes, that means more to me than the number ever could.

Maybe hope isn’t disappearing after all.

Thank you for proving that.

300,000. ❤️

We chose The Lodge to celebrate ❤️🌹

Who would you send this to? ❤️🌹

Title: “When You Are Old.”

One day, when you are old,
when the noise of the world has finally quieted,
you will look back at your life.

And the strange thing is this:

You won’t remember most of the things
you spent your days worrying about.

You won’t remember the arguments
that once felt so important.

You won’t remember the money you chased
or the opinions of people
who never truly cared about you.

What you will remember
are the moments when your heart was brave.

The times you loved someone deeply
even though it made you vulnerable.

The times you stayed kind
when the world was teaching people to be cold.

The times you showed up for someone
when they needed you.

The nights you laughed so hard
that life felt simple again.

The quiet mornings beside someone
who made the world feel peaceful.

When you are old,
you will not measure your life by success.

You will measure it
by the love you gave,
the courage you showed,
and the people whose lives
were warmer because you were in them.

So live in a way that one day,
when your hands have grown older
and the world has slowed around you,
you can look back at your life and say:

“I did not waste my heart.”

And if you can say that…
then you did not waste your life.

Never lose hope. Sharing again 🌹❤️ - still one of my favorite poems ever and so much love you’ve given it. Thank you 🙏💖

Title: “What If Hope Is…”

What if hope is
not a lightning bolt,
but the slow, steady sunrise
that doesn’t ask you to be ready —
it just shows up, every day,
until you start to believe in light again.

What if hope is
the hand that doesn’t let go,
even when yours is shaking,
even when you think you’re not worth holding.

What if hope is
the quiet voice in the middle of the night
that says, “Try again tomorrow,”
when the world has convinced you
there’s no point.

What if hope is
loving someone enough to stay,
even through the silences,
even through the storms,
because you know
they’re still in there,
trying.

What if hope is
not something we wait for,
but something we give —
one small act of kindness,
one soft word,
one reminder
that no one has to face the dark alone.

What if hope is simply this —
believing again,
even after the world taught you not to.
