A little personal and business update and some honesty from behind the scenes 🤍

I want to be honest about why some of your galleries have taken longer than expected lately. The last few weeks have been a lot personally, life has just felt… heavy. I’ve been navigating some of my own health struggles, adjusting to my kids being back in school, and carrying the emotional weight of a close family member dealing with a health issue. We finally have some answers surrounding that, and while it doesn’t make everything easy, having some clarity has helped quiet some of the chaos that has been living in my mind.

Some days, sitting down at my computer to edit has felt like an impossible task. And then, because apparently my computer wanted to join the struggle, it has also started slowing down significantly. The editing time I do have is taking 4x longer than normal.

I’m not sharing this as an excuse. I’m sharing it because I want to be completely honest with you.

Behind every gallery is a real person trying to balance a business, being a wife, motherhood, family, life, and sometimes things that are simply hard and out of my control..

If you’re currently waiting on your gallery, thank you. Thank you for your patience, your grace, and for trusting me with your memories, even when I haven’t been moving at my normal pace.

Thank you for always supporting my little business, trusting me with your memories, and allowing me to be a part of so many special moments. It means more to me than you know. 🥹📸

And if you’ve made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read this and for giving me a little grace in this season. And if you’re a praying person, please know that your prayers are always appreciated.

This gorgeous momma is GLOWING! We chased the sunset and raced the rain. It started raining at the very end of the session and poured on the way home.
