Today was going to be their wedding day...

As things aren’t what we thought they would be or should be, your flexibility is inspiring, you two! My is hope is that as we move closer to your (new) wedding date, that the anticipation, longing and waiting builds to be a wedding day filled with *that* much more beauty and celebration, like an extra spoonful of sweetness. It’ll be a beautiful day. Today would have been a beautiful day. The beauty you share is not bound by time because, well, love just isn’t. You guys have such a loving friendship, commitment, and care for each other that is beautiful and amazing to witness. It’ll be a wonderful day when you two say ‘I do’. This is Meredith and Zach and they're a real life couple. They've known each other since the 5th grade and have a friendship that is a beautiful and rare thing to witness...

They are absolutely adorable, goofy, fun and adventurous. So adventurous (and trusting I might add) that they were willing to come to my home and use my office space for part of their shoot when our original indoor spot fell through.

This whole shooting in my office thing might have to become a thing all its own 😉 What do you think??

If only you knew the sweetness their day held 🤍 They let the moments roll and they were present for them...some of them just as planned and some of them perfectly unplanned. I had a lump in my throat or a tear in my eye more times than I could count because of the love shared at their wedding. So grateful to have been there and still so absolutely impressed with their power stares! @ Wichita, Kansas

When I meet with my amazing clients, I always ask them to tell me 3 words to describe how they want their wedding to feel and 3 words to describe how they want their wedding to look! I love hearing the vision they have for their day. And many times they share words like loving, fun, other’s-oriented, natural, intentional, joyful, sweet, easy-going, classic, a dang party, etc... Do you know how incredible it is to see these visions play out as they celebrate the beginning of their marriage?? Let me tell you, it’s incredible.
