I’ve put in a LOT of hours (and a few very late nights 😅) trying to get these turned around as quickly as possible, and I’m so excited for you to see them!

I just have to give a shout out to all of you Big Bay parents and teachers. Yesterday we had a super busy day with photos. We did 3 teams after school. I had more than one kid come up and offer to help me without being asked. I had kids offer to help me check in other kids, some offered to pick up my equipment and help me move it on and off the field. Other kids offered to help me pack up to take stuff to my trailer. You guys are doing a great job with these kids and it’s always a joy for me to go there. Thank you so much for having me. I love watching these kids grow up and do great things! Big Bay de Noc School. PS. Your staff is wonderful too!!! I love working with you all.

Worked at the hospital this morning, went and set up my Photo Booth at the senior center, went and photographed big bay de nocs fall sports, now in Escanaba picking up cow pasture stuff! I’m tired.

📸 PHOTO DAY PRE-REGISTRATION UPDATE

To help make Photo Day and the ordering process as smooth as possible, I’m making a small change to how unregistered athletes are handled moving forward.

Pre-registration is required for athletes to receive customized photo designs, buttons, memory mates, and free bulk shipping.

Pre-registration allows me to have each athlete’s information ready ahead of time so I can create their personalized designs efficiently when processing the team’s photos.

If an athlete hasn’t been registered by Photo Day, no worries—they will still be photographed! Their photos will be processed with a standard design (not customized) and placed in a separate gallery. That gallery link will be provided to the coach so families can still view and purchase their athlete’s photos. Orders from this gallery will ship directly rather than being included with the team’s free bulk shipping.

If you decide you would like a personalized design after the gallery has already been completed and published, I’m happy to create one. A $10 customization fee will apply to cover the additional editing and processing time.

I know how easy it is to see the flyer or QR code and think, “I’ll do that later!”—we’ve all been there! 😊 This change simply helps me keep the process organized and ensures I can continue providing the customized products and designs that make your athlete’s photos special.

Please take a moment to pre-register when you receive your team’s Photo Day information. There is no purchase required to register.

There’s nothing like photographing a beautiful girl who makes your job SO easy. 🤍📸

Grace absolutely KILLED her senior session! I barely had to tell her how to pose—she stepped in front of my camera like she had been waiting for this day her whole life, and I was lucky enough to be there to capture it. 🥹

She was confident, natural, and seriously made every single shot look effortless. I kept looking at the back of my camera thinking, “Yep… this is going to be a GOOD one.” 😍

I absolutely LOVE how her photos turned out, and narrowing down favorites is going to be nearly impossible! Grace, thank you so much for trusting me with such a special part of your senior year. I’m so thankful you chose me to capture these memories for you.

Class of 2027 looks pretty darn good on you, Grace. ✨🤍
