Sorry for the absence of posts from my account, life has been keeping me busy. Although I haven’t been posting, I still have been shooting and have lots of content to share!

Brief history blurb: Runways back in the day were simply open grass fields, which is where the terms “airfield” came from. It wasn’t until World War 2 that bomber/transport aircraft became too large and too heavy to use these grass strips. So large concrete runways began to pop up around the world and quite literally paved the way to the modern airports we see today. Those large bomber/transport aircraft became the framework for large airliners. Ever since then, we have not looked back as a society
