Therapy. Everyone needs therapy. There I said it!

Therapy comes in so many different forms. Last week I told you that my form of therapy is a mix between talk and music. I get out what I need to say and then I really feel it in my music.

That vacation hit the spot! I know you've been watching me all last week and I'm still here talking about it.

I have to though! It helped me relax my soul.

When I'm home (not on a beach in MAUI) I like to listen to music. Taylor Swift, The Beatles, classical music, really anything that, in the moment, will help me breathe and really relax.
