TIME FOR A CHANGE
I was pushing 30 with absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Then I found photography and weddings. In the blink of an eye, for the past 12 years plus, I’ve spent countless Saturdays with brides, grooms, parents, family and friends, celebrating one of the most important days of your lives. When you hired me to document your wedding day, you were entrusting in me to capture something so very personal and important to so many. To say that being asked to be part of your wedding day has been an incredible honor, would be an understatement. Through timelines that didn’t quite stay on time, unpredictable downpours, that groomsman that maybe had one too many (BEFORE the ceremony), wedding crashers and more tears than I could begin to count…you always had my back, and I always gave you my absolute best. Truly, I am so very grateful for you all. THANK YOU.
I am so very proud of what I’ve built and have immense gratitude for my family and friends who believed in me. Most especially my wife Christina who didn’t laugh me out of the room when I declared I was going to be a wedding photographer before I even owned a camera. While saying goodbye is a difficult decision, the time is right to do so.
I will still be shooting weddings the remainder of 2021, with a very limited schedule in 2022 as I fully transition out by that year’s end. And if you’re on the calendar for 21-22, you’ll still of course be getting the same effort, attention and product you hired me for!
And it’s not a complete good-bye! I’ll still very much be in the wedding industry through our venue Mojave East (alongside Christina) and Photosphere!
So what’s next? I’m proud to announce that I am now part of the amazing Coldwell Banker team in Hyde Park. Before even buying our own first home in 2013, I’d always had a deep interest in the real estate process. This only grew with the remodel of that home, along with the remodel of Mojave East, as well as a small land purchase. So in addition to simply being interested in the process, I have experience in it.
As your realtor, I’m excited to continue to have the opportunity to help people navigate through unknown territory in this new capacity. Buying a home, like planning a wedding, is new to many! It can be deeply personal, intimidating and a very large life investment. Having someone in your corner who you can trust to guide you through this process is invaluable.
Thanks again for all the trust you’ve shown me through the years. Should you find yourself in the position of buying or selling in the Cincinnati area, it would be an honor to walk through another journey with you…or your family and friends of course! ;-)
