Beneath the surface, everything softened. 🤍

I had a beautiful dancer in my pool last night, and we made what could easily become 30 stunning images. (she BROUGHT it) But it made me think how most of those will just sit and linger on my hard drive, and they shouldn't So, I'm sharing this image I loved, from a session eons ago in an effort to fight that common problem we photographers have of indecision of what to share. I struggle with that so much, and so much of my work is never seen.

I can't choose between the black and white or color on this one.

I am so proud of this senior - who also happens to be my niece! 🥰 Obviously she's beautiful, but her kindness, heart, athleticism, smarts, sense of humor, and creative talent all shine, and now she's off to SCAD to put those artistic talents to work to make the world even more beautiful.
