Holiday Depression, 2017

The Holiday/Seasonal Depression is a real thing for many people for many different reasons. I am one of these people that go through these emotions every year. I get overwhelmed by the thought of the holidays. Specifically I feel trapped, burdened, pressured, tied, and silenced by traditions, family, and friends. It’s stressful. Your feelings are valid and your feelings about the holidays don’t always have to be happy and joyful. There are many of you out there so let’s support one another through these holidays and love one another, cus that is all that we really need. •
