In the fall of 2010, I fell in love with the interaction between light, color, and moments in peoples' lives. For me, a picture is truly beautiful when it means something special to someone, and that is where my passion lies. My sessions include, but are not limited to: weddings, individual portraits, family pictures, engagements/couples, maternity/newborn, and children. I am always learning, always searching for unique ideas, and always trying to outdo myself!

Finally posting Cory and Marissa’s wedding from July, what a day what a day! It took place in the middle of an orchard and they really made it so magical. I don’t know how they did it but it all came together so beautifully and wow was it stunning! It was so special to be there, Marissa played her harp at my own wedding (and I photographed her senior photos) and I couldn’t have been more happy to be there at her wedding.

So this waterfall at Silver Falls is one of my favorite spots now 🤓 And these aren’t even including the photos we got with the Silver Falls trees! 😎

Also one of my favorite favorite things is when my wedding clients come back to me to capture more milestones in their lives, and it’s even more fun that the last time I saw these two was at their wedding when I was pregnant with my first! I’m so excited for Madison and Zach to start their next adventure, there is nothing like parenthood ❤️

These two are getting married in three weeeeekkkss!! I am so excited for them to have their happy day. Marissa and I go way back—10 years back, when I did her senior photos. She brought her harp and bassoon to the senior session (it was amazing), and then when I got married she and her friends played at my wedding and it was wonderful. I was thrilled when she reached out to me to capture another important moment in her life! Cory and Marissa make such a beautiful couple and I love that they found each other!

I had the bessssttttt time at the cherry blossoms recently with these kids! We had such a great time playing and laughing and throwing cherry blossoms around. It was a crazy busy day at the park and I will not-so-humbly point out that I was able to provide these photos without any background people distractions 😁

What a day what a day!! Surprisingly warm April sunshine, private vows overlooking the hills, lots of happy tears, lots of joy, and lots of stolen kisses between the newlyweds 😁 It was so special to be a part of their happy day!! When I photograph weddings, I really really enjoy that I get to know the couple more throughout the day and see what they mean to their friends and families, and hearing all the good and happy things people have to say about them. I felt so privileged that I got to know these two and capture their happy moments!! I’m so excited for them to start their life together!

Also as usual does not disappoint 😎 Best venue ever.

Well I’ve been a little MIA for a while on here, we’ve had a lot going on in 2025: we moved, got sick with a bunch of nasty viruses one after the other, and are still figuring out how to live life with two kids in the middle of all of it ha! I’m still happily working away with my photography and loving the relationships I’m building with my clients. I’ve never been able to be good about posting to social media, lord knows I’ve tried, and I will keep trying because I’ve got loads of beautiful photos just dying to be seen! Juggling kids, life and work equals a lot more sporadic posts 😆

Anyway I was recently able to spend some time with these two for their engagement photos and I am sooo excited for their upcoming wedding !!!!! They just had so much joy with each other and I am excited for them to start their life together! It always makes me remember when I was getting close to my own wedding, and it was such a special time in my own life and I’m always so happy to be a tiny part of someone else’s joy!

My sweet Miss Emma is three months old now! In other words, we have somehow survived three months with two kids 😂 I feel like we are getting our footing a little better now as life becomes more of a routine, but it sure was a trickier transition than going from zero to one. Now I’m figuring out how to navigate having a business as a mom of two, and finding that I have to be a little more creative with finding time to edit. But boy am I thankful for my business and being able to continue to do what I love and enjoy! I’m heading into September with a full schedule and I can’t wait to see my awesome clients!

Real life time: I’ve been trying to make this post for about three hours 🙈 between slow internet issues, choosing photos, and kids needing my attention…spontaneously deciding to post about my work is no quick and easy task these days 🙃

Anyway, all that to say that Oregon is awesome and I love what I do. Some of these locations are venues, some are parks, and some are just private backyards! I’d love to explore other states for weddings too someday but this one is pretty darn great ❤️
