Not consistent with posting, but very consistent with showing up for myself. 💪🏾✨

I can finally see what all the consistency has been doing. My waist is leaner, my midsection is more defined, and I’ve lost fat while building muscle at the same time. That’s been my goal all along—not just to lose weight, but to become stronger and healthier.

The scale only tells part of the story. Real progress is changing your body composition, building strength, and feeling more confident in your own skin.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where I’m headed. One day at a time.
