🚨 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

I have made the decision like many others to no longer publicly share identifiable images of children under the age of 17 on my photography pages.

With AI advancing so quickly, and following a recent 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling involving certain AI-generated sexual images depicting fictional children, I have become increasingly concerned about how easily innocent images shared online could potentially be altered or misused.

I will still photograph families, Seniors, milestones, birthdays, and children, and nothing about your session or gallery will change. 🤍

Going forward, any images I choose to share will be done in a way that keeps children unidentifiable—such as photos from behind, detail shots, or images where their faces aren’t visible.

Will this affect my business? Maybe.

But I would rather change how I market my work than take a risk with someone else’s child.

The safety and privacy of the families who trust me will always be more important than likes, engagement, or social media content. 🤍📸

So for those who aren't aware i have a background working with kids and teens on the Autism Spectrum. I myself am Nerodivergent as well which sometimes makes me seem a little strange to those who are not expecting it. With that stated. I love kids i Nanny Part time during the week. I feel like being nerodivergent truly helps me connect with many of my clients knowing when to slow down when someone needs a moment. Because let's face it if you have booked with me I am speedy with posing because I have so many ideas bouncing in my head. And then sometimes I blank because its alot. I always make a vision board for every shoot so if I get stuck because of my spicy brain then I can take a moment breathe take a look and glance and get back to snapping away. And events I love them and to be honest I typically over shot because its like something shiny ✨️ with every moment every detail and every smile and I truly do my best to capture every magical detail of your event. I am not the best fit for everyone and I am aware my personality sometimes is to much for people and thats okay. But I truly love what I do and this screenshot on a local fb group page where I had commented wanting to be considered and then having these sweet clients vouch means the world to me even if I am not the the photographer for that particular individual. ✨️📸💜
