Something new I'm trying for my wedding clients is having a little spotlight post to celebrate their engagement!
I've known Taylor and her family for a few years now, and I've loved seeing her and Nick be so close. Whether it's running into them at insomnia cookies late at night to watching Nick help Taylor with all her Boutique Blvd prep, these two always show they're a strong team.
I asked Taylor about her engagement, and this is what she had to say about the surprise of a lifetime:
"The moment we arrived at our Airbnb in St. Augustine, Florida, Nick and I sat down to map out our plans for the week. We always bring a tripod to capture some photos together, and he asked if there was a specific day I wanted to take them. Since our week was already packed, Nick suggested we do photos and dinner right away.
He had picked out the most beautiful spotβAnastasia State Park. After walking a few minutes through the park, we found a dreamy location we both instantly loved. We set up the tripod and started taking pictures like we always do.
As I had my back turned, Nick got down on one knee. When I turned around, I was completely shocked to see him there, asking me the most important question of my life.
The engagement couldnβt have been more perfect, and I truly canβt wait to spend forever with him.
Fun fact: our wedding date will be on our six-year anniversary!"
