Hey friends. Since I started making little cards, I decided to just add that to my photography page. As with photography, this is a hobby that's mostly just for me, but I'm happy to share it and maybe make a little extra coffee money here and there. Mostly, I just hope it can bring someone else a bit of sunshine. (Please share the page if you'd like!)

These are just a few of my designs. I had been drawing everything I sent out, but decided to start scanning and printing instead of re-drawing (unless it's a unique, personalized one).

I'll continue to sell packs of 5 or 10, and I'm also going to start making packs of business card size 'Leave a little sunshine' cards. These will include the "I hope something amazing happens to you today" cards, and a few others. They are meant to keep with you and hand out when someone needs a little sunshine -- Pass it to your barista as you get coffee, leave one on a coworker's desk, or put it in a spot for a random stranger to find.

It's impossible to *not* have fun when there are 10 people and 4 dogs for a photo shoot! We went to several spots at West Lake, and everyone was a champ at hanging in there and smiling. The little one needed some help from Bluey songs and my daughter entertaining her, because most toddlers are not fans of standing in one spot and pretending they're happy about it. But once she was in it she was a total charmer with her big smile and adorable personality!

This family was a joy to photograph, and they were champions even through the humidity and sweat. I really enjoyed taking photos at Miss Effie's Country Flowers and Garden Stuff for my first time, and would love to take more there soon.

I had a great photo session with this lovely family a few days ago. Their joy and humor made it easy to capture some good shots.

Next week I have another one scheduled, and will be at a flower farm. If you want to get in before the end of the month, send me a message and I'll get you scheduled. The cost is $125 for however long we need, and you'll get at least 10, but probably 20-30 edited photos to download.

I'm hoping to do a few photo shoots over the next month to brush up my skills. As I always mention, I am not a professional, but I have decent experience and love taking pictures.

I am thinking of going to Miss Effie's Country Flowers and Garden Stuff. I have never been there and would love to check it out.
