Hi, I’m Danielle, the heart behind Danielle Nichole Photography. If you’re new here, welcome! I’m so glad you found your way to my little corner of the internet.

Photography isn’t just what I do, it’s what lights me up. I’m endlessly inspired by the magic of childhood, from newborn snuggles to college bound milestones, and the beautiful, imperfect bonds that make every family unique. Those real connections, quiet moments, belly laughs, and in between glances? That’s what I live to capture.

While I love creating polished portraits, my favorite sessions go beyond “perfect.” I want you, your real smiles, your favorite jeans, tousled hair, barefoot kids who’ve been playing in the yard. Come as you are. Show up ready to laugh, cuddle, explore, and just be together. That’s where the magic happens.

This year brought ups, downs, curveballs, and unexpected gifts. Through it all, our blended family found comfort in each other-proving that home isn’t a place, it’s the people who fill it with laughter and love. We are so grateful for every hand that helped us rebuild after the fire and can’t wait to return home this spring.

Hey everyone! I’m so excited to let you know that I’m opening up my Christmas mini-sessions for this holiday season. It’s been a bit of a quiet year on social media for me as I focused on rebuilding after a house fire, but I’m thrilled to be back.

Life has been anything but ordinary lately.

Since our house fire in November, I’ve taken a step back from posting and booking regularly. We’re still working hard to get back into our home, and during this time, I’m only taking on a limited number of sessions.

But even in the midst of it all, I’ve had the honor of photographing some truly incredible people — and I couldn’t keep that to myself any longer.

This Christmas, we are filled with gratitude and hope.

2024 has been a year of incredible highs and unexpected challenges. We celebrated a beautiful wedding and the joy of blending our family of seven amazing kids. 💕 But life had other plans too, and a house fire turned our world upside down. Thanks to my Mom for opening her home to us, we’ve been reminded that home is truly where the heart is.

As we gather this Christmas, we’re cherishing every moment together and looking forward to building new memories both now and when we return to our home.

To everyone who has supported us this year, we are endlessly grateful. Your kindness has been the light in our storm, and we can’t thank you enough.

Here’s to hope, family, and all the blessings to come. Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

On this World Kindness Day, my heart overflows with gratitude and humility as I reflect on the kindness we've experienced in the face of recent tragedy. Last Friday, our home suffered a devastating fire. But in the midst of the devastation, we were met with an outpouring of love and support that has truly lifted us.

To the Fire Department, friends, family, coworkers, the school district, and our entire community: your generosity has given us strength. The clothes, gift cards, donations, and the countless ways you've shown up for us mean more than words can express. We are overwhelmed by the compassion you've shown our family of nine, and we are so blessed to be surrounded by people who care so deeply.

Today, we want to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness has reminded us that even in dark times, there is so much light in this world. May we all keep spreading love and kindness, just as you've done for us. ❤️ "

I don’t know how to begin to write this post. On Friday, our home suffered a devastating fire.

It’s sickens me to think about our beautiful family being home when this happened. I am so very grateful that no one was home.

I know that all that was lost, are just things, those things accounted for years of memories and what made our house, our home.

I am amazed by the tremendous amount of response that we received from our local fire departments.Thank you to our friend and Fire Chief, Philip Boggs for walking us through this day. The McDonald Volunteer Fire Department is chalked full of people that we know and love and we feel the love and support from this community in ways that are nothing short of spectacular.

I thank all of you for your level of care and concern. We will move forward and rebuild. Thank you to our family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, school district and so many more.

I still had 14 sessions this weekend. I am so thankful for my clients. Please grant me a little grace this week.
