Located in southwest McKinney, the Consider the Lilies Studio space was thoughtfully designed with soft natural light, warm neutrals, and simple, timeless styling—keeping the focus exactly where it belongs: on your family and the details you never want to forget.

The studio is especially lovely for milestone sessions—sitting up, first steps, tiny curls, chubby hands, and all those growing little personalities—but is also available for newborn, maternity, Mommy + Me, and family sessions.

Everything is prepared before you arrive, creating an easy and relaxed experience filled with play, connection, and the people you love most.

✨ TEN YEARS. ✨

This year Consider the Lilies Photography turns 10!

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of photographing pregnancies that became newborn sessions... newborns who became toddlers... toddlers who are now headed off to middle school. I’ve watched families grow, celebrated countless milestones, and had the joy of welcoming so many of you back year after year. It has truly been such a joy photographing your families!

The name Consider the Lilies has always been rooted in Matthew 6—a reminder that the God who so beautifully clothes the lilies of the field even more faithfully cares for us. Looking back over these last ten years, I can honestly say He has been faithful in every season.

To every family who has trusted me with your memories... thank you! Your encouragement, kindness, and support have meant more than you’ll ever know.

And somehow, I feel like we’re just getting started.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some exciting announcements that have been years in the making…

I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.

Happy Father’s Day to the dads who are the rock of their families — the steady presence, the strong shoulders, the calm in the storm.

The ones who carry sleepy children to bed, fix what’s broken, and shoulder burdens no one else sees.

The greatest things fathers build are often the things we cannot see: character, confidence, security, faith, and love. The impact of a devoted father echoes through generations.

Today, we celebrate that legacy.

North Texas in summer is absolutely beautiful—though we won’t talk about the heat ☀️

I’ve personally been soaking in these first few weeks enjoying summer break with my family and also taking on a limited amount of portrait sessions.

Summer is not only hot, but it’s buggy in most areas. I do have a few select locations that are perfect for summer like this stunning crape myrtle park. Absolutely lovely…
