Give me all the Oregon Coast engagement sessions! 🌊

They chose the coast because it’s one of their favorite places, so it only made sense to bring their next chapter there too. And of course their sweet puppers had to tag along for the moment which made it even better 🥹

Grad season is almost here, and I couldn’t not share one of my favorite sessions from last spring!

There’s just something so special about this season…. everything you’ve worked for, the late nights, the long hours studying, the connections made along the way, it all leads to this moment. It’s so important to be capturing it in a way that actually feels like you, not just a milestone but a memory you’ll always come back to.

Even though I’ll still be easing out of maternity leave mid May, I’m making it a goal to squeeze in as many grad sessions as possible and will be offering expedited galleries so you have your photos back asap before graduation. March 20 & 21: Around peak bloom when the trees are full of fluffy pink blossoms.
March 29: After peak bloom when petals begin to fall and look like pink snowfall.

Available times:
March 20: 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm
March 21: 10:00 am, 10:30 am
March 29: 9:30 am, 10:00 am, 10:30 am

Details:
• 20 minute session
• At least 20 edited images
• $175 total

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book, with the remaining balance due the day before your session.

Please note: Cherry blossoms bloom quickly and lose petals fast, so sessions will happen rain or shine.

I’m only a few weeks away from the start of a brand new wedding season, and I still find myself thinking about this Tennessee wedding from last year. I kept waiting for the right moment to share it and the right words to do it justice… but the truth is, some weddings are so full of meaning that it’s hard to know where to begin. Even going through their gallery felt overwhelming in the best way.

The weekend began Friday night with the sweetest welcome bonfire. Their closest family and friends gathered together to decorate and prepare everything with care. So much of the decor was made by hand, from the painted candles to the intricate signage and thoughtful details throughout the space. We shared a tasty home cooked meal, watched the sun fade into the mountains, and ended the night around the fire with s’mores and a tarot reading for the bride and groom.

Saturday greeted us with the most beautiful fall weather. Their ceremony included a meaningful handfasting ritual. Afterwards we whisked the wedding party away for portraits among the fall foliage while guests spent cocktail hour playing yard games and exploring the property during a scavenger hunt. Guests were treated to the most incredible pasta truck for dinner and the night ended with the most joyful reception, full of dancing, laughter, and an incredibly talented DJ keeping the energy high all night long.

What made this wedding even more special is that nearly two years ago, I photographed this sweet couples proposal. Getting to document the start of their marriage felt like watching their story come full circle. There is something so meaningful about a wedding weekend that slows everything down and allows you to truly soak in the time with the people you love most. I’m endlessly grateful to capture days like this and to be welcomed so warmly into my couples’ lives.

This one is a wedding I’ll carry with me forever.
