Over here working on Brady’s gallery and realizing it was wayyy too good not to drop his sneaks on the gram.

I love when my senior boys show up ready to lock in and treat their hour with me as more than just “senior pictures.” Give me the personality, the confidence, the fits, and let’s actually create something that feels like you.

This young man understood the assignment.

Senior sessions don’t have to feel stiff, awkward, or like something you’re just checking off the list before graduation. We’re creating something that captures exactly who you are in this season of life.

Is it just me, or do y’all get emotional editing Senior Sessions? 🥹

Because I swear, I get a little teary-eyed working through these galleries.

There’s something so bittersweet about photographing this season of life. They’re standing right on the edge of adulthood, with the whole world ahead of them. Everything they’ve experienced so far has led them to this moment — and once they walk across that stage, the next chapter is theirs to write.

Maybe they’ll stay in the family business. Maybe it’s the military, trade school, college, a career, or a completely different path they haven’t even discovered yet.

That’s the beautiful part.

They hold the key to the rest of their lives. There are so many places to go, people to meet, lessons to learn, mistakes to make, dreams to chase, and versions of themselves they haven’t even met yet.

And somehow, I get to freeze this version of them in time — the one standing right between everything they’ve ever known and everything that’s still waiting for them.

What an absolute privilege it is to capture a milestone this big.

One of my favorite things about doing weddings as a second is getting to watch the groomsmen lock in and absolutely deliver when it comes to posing and prompts.

These men gave an all-time performance, and I’m 100% here for it.

Like Cam said, “it’s giving Peaky Blinders”.

✨ GOOD NEWS FOR YOU… not-so-great news for me. 😂 ✨

I was supposed to be traveling to Maryland September 28–October 2 for an in-depth training for my full-time job. Unfortunately for me, that training has officially been changed from in-person to online.

BUT… that means an entire week just opened up on my photography calendar!

So if you’ve been trying to squeeze in a session with Dark Moon this fall, Sept. 28–Oct. 2 is now OPEN!

A little pricing reminder:

🌙 Starting October 1: Regular sessions are $350
🎓 Seniors: Still $275 for the remainder of 2026
💍 Weddings + elopements: Excluded from the $350 session pricing

Fall is already filling up quickly, so this unexpected opening gives me a few more opportunities to get some of you on the books.

As of September 1st, I’m officially entering my BUSY SEASON ERA.

Yes, I’ve been working my way through summer with sessions here and there, but I’ve primarily been focused on second photographer duties alongside Miss Bre (Northwest, PA Photographer || Breanna Sterling) and all of our wedding shenanigans!

But now? Dark Moon fall season is HERE. 🌙

Fall is almost fully booked, and I seriously cannot wait for everything this season brings - pumpkin spice, crunchy leaves, moody skies, golden sunsets, cozy outfits, and FINALLY the temperature change. Ya girl is lowkey a fall + winter temp girlie because I simply cannot handle the heat.

I’m beyond excited to create some magic with all of you this season.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you’ve recently reached out and selected a date/time, please make sure you pay your retainer! Your session is not officially secured until your retainer has been paid. With fall almost completely booked, I cannot guarantee that an unpaid date or time will remain available.
