PhotoVogue gives a weekly monday photo prompt, so naturally i’m beginning mine on a tuesday because the long weekend had me all messed up and was convinced today was monday 😂

this week: RETURN.
the return to routine, backpacks, bus stops + another september that looks a little different than the last.

making one photograph each week just for me. no client work, no expectations. just whatever the word makes me notice in my own life.

your backyard. your babies. your dogs running through the frame. the swing they’ll eventually outgrow. all the little pieces of home that don’t feel important until one day, they do.

your favorite place doesn’t have to be somewhere extravagant. sometimes it’s quite literally your own backyard. 🤍
